Shantha Cokis is a highly qualified counsellor and psychotherapist working with individuals and couples to achieve lasting change in their lives. Shantha holds a Bachelor of Psychology, a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and is a certified practicing member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). She actively engages in professional training to ensure her practice is evidence-based and her clients receive the highest standard of care, tailored to their individual needs. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic, relational, emotionally focused and solution focused modalities.
